What happens when my license ends?
GeneratePerf keeps working with all your settings. Your sites simply stop receiving new versions until you renew.
Do staging and development sites count?
No. Staging, development and local sites are recognised automatically and never use a place in your plan, as long as they use your license key.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. Switch plan, update your card or cancel from your account at any time, on Stripe’s secure page.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT. Stripe adds the VAT of your country at checkout; businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).
Which themes and versions are supported?
GeneratePerf is built for GeneratePress, with or without GP Premium, and requires WordPress 6.6 or later and PHP 8.0 or later. Most admin and SEO features work with other themes; the front-end features rely on GeneratePress.
I already have a per-site license. What changes?
Nothing, unless you want it to: your license keeps its renewal dates. From your account you can switch to a yearly plan that covers all your sites with one key.
